By utilizing Vroomex’s vehicle rental services, you affirm your acceptance and adherence to these terms. If you disagree with any clause herein, please cease all usage immediately.
Revisions to Agreement
Vroomex retains the prerogative to amend these rental conditions at discretion. Continued engagement post-amendment signifies your consent to the revised stipulations.
Service Description
Vroomex offers automobile leasing solutions as detailed on our platform. While we strive for impeccable service delivery, specific outcomes such as vehicle availability or performance cannot be assured.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide truthful and current information required for rental processing. Providing inaccurate details may lead to suspension or immediate termination of rental privileges.
Proprietary Rights
All intellectual property including images, descriptions, and software related to Vroomex remains protected by law. Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly forbidden without express written authorization.
Payment Obligations
Rental fees must be settled according to the agreed timeline. Delayed or missed payments may result in rental suspension or cancellation without prior notice.
Termination and Refund Policy
Clients may terminate rental agreements by notifying Vroomex in writing. Refunds are only applicable for unused rental periods, subject to terms outlined in the rental contract.
Limitation of Liability
Vroomex is not accountable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from vehicle use. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the renter for the specific rental period.
Unforeseeable Circumstances
Vroomex disclaims responsibility for service interruptions caused by events beyond control, including but not limited to natural catastrophes, governmental actions, or technical disruptions.
Contract Termination
Vroomex may terminate rentals at any moment for breach of these terms. Upon termination, all outstanding fees shall become immediately payable, and vehicle access will be revoked.
Confidentiality Agreement
Both parties commit to safeguarding confidential information exchanged during the rental period, including personal data, rental history, and proprietary business insights.
Applicable Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the region where Vroomex operates. Any legal disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of said jurisdiction.
Hold Harmless Clause
Clients agree to indemnify and protect Vroomex against claims or losses arising from their use of rented vehicles, including legal costs stemming from third-party actions.
Severability Clause
If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue to hold full legal effect.
Complete Agreement
This document, alongside any supplementary notices or agreements, represents the full understanding between Vroomex and the renter, superseding all prior communications.
